AKA Panaflo 4-pin Fan Tail, this cable allows connects your Panaflo fan to a standard 4-pin Molex 5.25 disk drive type power supply connector. It has two wire leads with a 4-pin male molex connector and a 3-pin female Panaflo type connector. Simply plug this cable into the 3-pin plug on the fan motor and any 4-pin molex connector on your power source.
